About AUAf Foundation
The
Foundation was formed in February of 2004 for charitable and educational
purposes within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the IRS Code.
The Foundation’s mission is to support higher education in
the American tradition in the country of Afghanistan, principally
in connection with the American University of Afghanistan. The Foundation
raises awareness among the general public of the work being done
by the University and raises funds to support specific projects
by the University and other qualifying institutions of higher education
within Afghanistan. |
